My experience with WQC and their crews to date have been very favorable; polite, considerate and forthcoming with all related construction information and potential interruptions. They have been very transparent in letting us know when our driveway access would be blocked and/or moving the machines to allow us access when there was unplanned blockage. Fully road access has been accommodated where permitted, along with sidewalk access or signage (grateful as I walk 2 large dogs). The crews have been tidy and clean up each night, which in previous years of city construction on our street has not been the case.

I wish to complement you on the work that you are doing to install new water and sewer lines in this area.

The work areas are safe and well maintained and Cleaned as the work progresses. Driveways are kept open and vehicle traffic is generally allowed to move even where large equipment is in operation.

The workers are all very polite and anxious to help the residents maintain their regular daily duties with very little interruption.

In general it appears that the work is progressing well and it is enjoyable to have such a high quality staff on the job.

I have been pleasantly surprised by the work they have been doing. To be honest, when I found out the work was going to happen, I thought it would be more disruptive than it has been. WQC are moving much faster than I expected and they consistently keep the street clean and traffic moving.

I'm sure you don't get many positive emails about a project like this one, but I wanted to let you know they're doing a great job.

I can honestly say that I have never dealt with a more courteous, friendly team of workers in my life. From minimizing wait times while we we waited to access parts of the road that were blocked with construction equipment, to alerting us to the need to move our vehicles if driveway access is going to be blocked, they are courteous, if not downright friendly.
